New Client Setup Information

Thank you for joining Talk Staff, below you will find all the information we will require in order to onboard you as a new client into Payroll Services.


Company Details

  • Company details form (PDF) - (Word)
  • FBI2 Form (this will authorise us as your agent and allow us to get tax code changes direct) (Form Here)

Pension Information

  • Pension Details (PDF) - (Word)
  • Postponement details, opt-out/in dates for employees
  • Delegate access to your provider

Employees Personal Information (Including leavers)

  • Employee information (Name, Address, NI Number, DOB) (Form Here)

Year to Date information

  • CSV or P11 Worksheets, showing all payments and deductions made this financial year (Including leavers if mid-year setup)
  • Values for Statutory Payments recovered (SMP,SPP, SSP)
  • Values for CIS Suffered (if applicable)
  • Holidays taken and outstanding (If Talk Staff are tracking them)
  • Attachment of Earning schedules and paid to date figures
  • P32 Showing PAYE Figures to date
  • Pension Year to Date figures
  • Last months Payslips
  • Copy of timesheet previously used

Other Information

  • We can provide a nominal journal for you too, this will be a custom report and we will need to speak to you directly to put this together.
  • Speak to us about making payments on your behalf to your employees too
